SNMPv3的认证(鉴权)与加密

注意事项
在配置用户的安全级别时，要确保其安全级别不低于其所加入的用户组的安全级别。用户组具备三种属性，按照安全性从高到低为：
1级：privacy（认证且加密）
2级：authentication（只认证）
3级：None（不认证不加密）

注意事项
在配置安全级别时，要确保SNMP用户的安全级别 ≥ 告警主机的安全级别 ≥ SNMP用户组的安全级别。安全级别按照安全性从高到低分为：
privacy：鉴权且加密
authentication：只鉴权
None：不鉴权不加密
